Review by hotel critic
Tornabuoni La Petite Suite in Florence stole my heart during our recent family city trip. Nestled on the corner of a chic shopping street, this hidden gem is just a leisurely ten-minute stroll to the breathtaking Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery, making it an ideal base for our explorations. Our room was bright and airy, boasting high ceilings and charming parquet floors-perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. The absence of an elevator was a bit challenging with my daughters in tow, but we turned those steps into our mini workout! Plus, having a café right downstairs served us delicious Italian pastries and coffee each morning, a real treat to start our day. Simona, our wonderful hostess, was always just a text away, offering fantastic local recommendations and insights that enriched our experience. If you're looking to immerse yourself in Florence's culture and charm, I can't recommend Tornabuoni La Petite Suite highly enough-just be ready to embrace the climb!
